Huaqi, Freescale Join Hands Through PMP Research Site in China

Chinese Huaqi Information Digital Technology has announced that they will set up an embedded system research institute in China's Shenzhen. Huaqi will work with Freescale to develop chips and solutions for next-generation PMP (Portable Multimedia Player), including MP4 playback and GPS (Global Position System) navigation systems, so as to strengthen its position in the PMP industry.
